Package Excludes

House Rules

• All rates subject to 8% SST.
• 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED for booking confirmation.
• Infants 1 year old and below will be charged at RM50.
• Toddlers aged 2 to 3 years old sharing a bed with a parent will be charged at RM100 per infant (born in the years 2023 - 2024).
• The Child Rates apply to children aged 3 to 11 years old, based on their birth month falling within the years 2015 to 2022.
• A minimum of 2 adults must be charged for each room.
• Check-in at Jetty:
  - Check in at Merang Jetty is scheduled for 9:30 am.
• Check-out:
  - Check out and leaving to at Merang Jetty is scheduled for 11:00 am.
• All bookings are made in accordance with our carefully curated packages. Please refer to the accompanying terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

• For all the reservation, after the deposit has been made and prior to 21 days before departure strictly NO AMENDMENTS or CANCELLATIONS allowed.
• All bookings must take place within the promotion's travel period and only within the same year.
• The management reserves the right to alter, modify, or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• NO REFUND or REDUCTION will be provided for unutilized accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears, or any other unused services.
• Our Snorkeling trips are COMPLIMENTARY, and there will be NO REPLACEMENT or REFUND for any missed activity.
• In case of postponement, a written notice with official supporting document, such as death certification (immediate family), doctor/hospitalization letter must be received and acknowledged by our sales office.
