House Rules

  • All rates are subject to a 6% SST if full payment is made before 2024-03-01.
  • The package rate will be revised to include an 8% SST for amendment bookings, regardless of whether full payment has been made before 01/03/2024.
  • All rates are subject to a 8% SST for booking after 2024-03-01.
  • CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED at RM 159 per adult and RM 106 per child.
  • Infants 1 year old and below will be charged at RM30. * Subject to 8% SST
  • Toddlers aged 2 to 3 years old sharing a bed with a parent will be charged at RM90 per infant (born in the years 2021 - 2022).
  • The Child Rates apply to children aged 3 to 11 years old, based on their birth month falling within the years 2013 to 2020."
  • A minimum of 2 adults must be charged for each room.
  • Check-in at Jetty:
    - Check in at Merang Jetty is scheduled for 9:30 am.
    - Check in at Taman Tamadun Islam Jetty is scheduled for 9:00 am.
  • Check-out:
    - Check out and leaving to at Merang Jetty is scheduled for 11:00 am.
    - Check out and leaving to Taman Tamadun Islam Jetty is scheduled for 11:00 am.
  • All bookings are made in accordance with our carefully curated packages. Please refer to the accompanying terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • STRICTLY NO REFUND OR TRANSFER OF DEPOSIT TO BALANCE PAYMENT.
  • Cancellations before 21 days prior to departure, 100% of the total fare will be forfeited.
  • If the rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is less than the original rate, the excess money will not be refundable.
  • If the rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is higher than the original rate, the balance must be paid before departure.
  • All bookings must take place within the promotion's travel period and only within the same year (2024).
  • The management reserves the right to alter, modify, or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
  • NO REFUND or REDUCTION will be provided for unutilized accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears, or any other unused services.
  • Our Snorkeling trips are COMPLIMENTARY, and there will be NO REPLACEMENT or REFUND for any missed activity.
